A Little Bit About Me..

Being in the fitness world was a natural fit for me. I was involved with dance and gymnastics at an early age. I cheered for 9 years and played soccer for 4...but exercising was my first love. I was lifting weights as early as 5th grade. Thanks to my high school weight training class I perfected my routines and techniques (Thanks Coach Dameron)!

After high school, I quickly turned into a "gym rat" and got certified to be a personal trainer (which I did for 4 years)!

In 2002, I was finally ready and felt confident enough to compete in my first show. With the help of Paul Feldman's training ~ I placed third! I was hooked!

I figured...if I'm going to be addicted to anything...this was the best thing for me!

I had no idea how much hard work and dedication goes into competiting. It truly is a different world...very challenging and rewarding at the same time. This isn't just a hobby but a lifestyle choice.

I love having family, friends, co-workers and others ask for fitness, diet and nutrition advice. I love spreading my passion and love for the crazy world of fitness!

God has truly blessed me with the love and support from my family, friends and husband!
